Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 offers a fresh take on combo-driven skateboarding, the most advanced online multiplayer experience, and a state-of-the-art skatepark builder. Ride, build, and repeat! Generally, for the THPS fan you’ll probably get a (albeit brief) kick out of it.

There’s enough of a throwback element that you’ll have fun like you did back in the day. However, terrible online features (considering we’re on PS here), limited single player features and iffy graphics mean that it’s not to be considered anywhere near a top skating game.

• Play as one of ten pros with their own tricks, or personalise a unique skater.
• Jump in and out of over 80 unique missions across eight environments.
• Create and share skateparks, and let loose on designs from the community.
